To enable you enjoy seamless return of any items bought on KITARA, kindly ensure the item is eligible for return in line with the conditions in our Return Policy.

  1. ARE ALL ITEMS PURCHASED ON KITARA COVERED BY WARRANTY?

No. Some products sold by sellers on KITARA are purchased from authorized distributors. Some of these are covered under a manufacturer warranty.

  1. HOW WILL THE DELIVERY BE DONE?

We process our deliveries through reputable couriers who are our key partners in this sector. Details are available on the checkout page. Kindly contact customer care for further inquiries and/or clarifications. However, our featured sellers have the option of making deliveries via other reputable couriers or delivering your order to you themselves.

  1. WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?

Our estimated standard delivery time is 3 to 7 working days. However, this may vary by buyer and seller locations across or within states, product types, etc. Deliveries to outskirts or outer parts of a state have longer timelines.

  1. DOES KITARA DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

KITARA  does not deliver products internationally. However, you can make your purchases on our website from anywhere in the world, but the delivery address must be within Nigeria.

  1. CAN MY ORDER BE DELIVERED THE SAME DAY I ORDER?

  1. HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email from us requesting you confirm your order via an Email to us, or we will call you for confirmation in case we need more details. Please note that this confirmation is a mandatory step before we ship your order. If you are unsure of 12 hours of order placement.

We also will notify you when the seller ships your order and provide you with the shipping details including the order number(s).

  1. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive updates about the status of your order via emails and SMS after your order has been shipped and is on its way to you. You can also track its status by entering your order number on track order page.

  1. I MISSED THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER TODAY. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

The courier service delivering your order usually tries to deliver on the next business day in case you miss a delivery.

You can check your SMS for more details on when the courier service will try to deliver again, if this wasn’t helpful contact us here.

  1. CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER?

You can request for your order to be delivered to a different address within the same region or city, before your order is shipped. Please contact our Customer Service Call Center at 0702422505 or contact us here for more information.

If you want to change the shipping address to a different region or city, we will have to cancel and repurchase your original order.

  1. WHAT DO I DO IF A PRODUCT IS DELIVERED TO ME WITH A BROKEN PRODUCT SEAL?

Always reject all open packages. If you accept any open package by mistake, kindly contact us immediately on 07052422 505 or contact us here so we can help you to resolve the issue.

Kindly note that KITARA will not accept any returns of unsealed electronics products (except for reason of defect to be validated by an authorised KITARA field personnel)

  1. WILL I BE CONTACTED BEFORE MY ORDER IS DELIVERED TO MY LOCATION?

Yes. Our courier company’s service person will contact you before your order is delivered

 

  1. HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order by ​contacting our Customer Service here 0705 2422 505.

You can also cancel it yourself by following the steps below:

1) Sign into your account,
2) Visit ‘My Orders’, and
3) Clicking the ‘Send Cancel Request’ button to cancel your order.

While you may instantly cancel orders not yet shipped, please note that shipped orders may get to you before your cancellation request is processed. You nevertheless have the option of rejecting or accepting the order on delivery.

Please note that once the item has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but you can return the item within 7 days. For more on returns, please visit.

  1. I RECEIVED MY ORDER IN DIFFERENT BATCHES. WHY?

Products can be sourced from different sellers in different locations and shipped separately to ensure there is no delay in delivering your order.  However, be confident that all your orders will be delivered within the delivery period stated for your location for such products.

  1. CAN MY ORDER BE DELIVERED TO AN OFFICE ADDRESS?

  1. CAN I PICK UP MY ITEM INSTEAD OF HAVING IT DELIVERED?

  1. WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED TO SHOW WHEN COLLECTING MY PACKAGE?

For prepaid packages you need to show our delivery person a valid identity card e.g Driver’s License, International passport or Voters Card.

For pay on delivery packages, kindly ensure you have your product number and/or tracking number and the requisite means to pay on delivery.

  1. CAN I DESIGNATE SOMEONE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER ON MY BEHALF?

Yes. Kindly ensure your representative has the product number and/or tracking number and a signed copy of your ID.

  1. WHAT DO I DO WHEN MY ORDER IS REPORTED MISSING?

Be confident we will replace your order at no extra cost to you.
